My brother in law, Shane Heins trains in the cst school of exercise and has made believers of me and my wife. We have been using what we have learned from Shane and are looking forward to the release of 2.0. I was sick for over a year with debilitating pain in my stomach that prevented me from even picking up my kids or anything strenious. I gained alot of weight and had tried all sorts of things once i had recovered to get my life on track but nothing would allow my body to begin to heal past the problems i had, which would flair up as soon as i would run more then a mile, or tried to lift weights that shouldnt have been unreasonable. I began doing the intu-flow and trying out the Tacfit commando regime and i was blown away at how my body was able to handle the work out, with out giving me agony! I just wanted to say i love version 1, and i am buying version 2 whether or not i would win this! Thanks for creating a program that is all encompassing and demanding, but keeps internal health in mind!

I have just heard about TACFIT and, from what I have seen, this is the only fitness regime that is short, sharp and to the point. I think that, due to its origins, it would also give me an inner confidence that would exude out to others and, as I have just been made redundant, this could be the difference between me doing well in job intervews or remaining out of work.

Thanks for letting me comment.

I am an aspiring full-time guitarist from Japan, currently residing in Sydney, Australia. My journey of mixing music with physical fitness began when I've resolved to create a new guitar expression by mixing hip-hop, soul and latin-esque grooves with British shoegaze type atmospheric guitar tones. To do so, I've spent many hours in front of the amp, nerdily tweaking electrical signals, as well as taking hip-hop/soul dance classes (and dating a Mexican girl) to create a full body rhythmical expression which I now translate on the guitar. I am quite happy with the progress, having built the foundations to comfortably write and record songs that I believe are uniquely my own.

My new challenge lies in extending this ease and comfort in my guitar playing beyond the studio and onto the stage, where true showmanship is comprised of your ability to perform dynamic movements without compromising your musical expression. I've recently discovered your program through Dr. Brad Campbell and have been very inspired by the simplicity, practicality, and sheer effectiveness of creating a physical body that is faster, stronger, and simply “ready”. I have been regularly following the entry level exercises, modifying it slightly by incorporating movements demonstrated by other TACFIT Commando enthusiasts contributing on YouTube.

I could never say that I deserve this program more than others, but my will is strong and ready to take on the next challenge. I thank you for reading thus far!

Hi Scott and tactfit team,
I am a truck driver who is also studying to be a massage therapist and also training, (powerlifting/ strongman) 4 times a week. I am over 40 and often find recovery times for weight training are increasing. I tried out your commando training routine, (up to 4 reps now) and was amazed to find not only growth gains from an intense workout, but also NO soreness at all the next day! Tactfiit training is fast becoming my weapon of choice as the basis of my training. I feel more motivated, more alert and much happier using tactfit training than any other form of exercise.
 All the best, Steve

HOOAH!!! I am a SSgt in the USAF as a Military Training Leader! I train and lead over 350+ Airman every week in physical readiness training. Unfortunately for my airmen, when I stumbled across TacFit I have took a few pages out of Scott and Ryan’s training book and I’ve been giving my airmen the TOTAL beat down! I am also employed as a personal trainer part time where I run boot camps on the weekends and I do 1 on 1 training sessions. I am applying for this program because I WANT MORE!! You guys have really kicked my butt with the few clips I received through email. I want to push myself to the limits and have the privilege to transform others in to some amazing! I am 100% committed to take on the TacFit challenge and I know my army of Airmen are ready to step up as well! I want to video blog my progress and show what TacFit can really do! AIR POWER HOOAH

I have been following your website for a couple of weeks now, I'm very impressed. I NEEEEEED this program.
I'm an ex-soldier from Australia, living Japan. with no real training here I'm losing the edge. In my job especially I can't afford to slip once! Every day I'm dodging land mines, acid rivers, up and down swings in crazed attacks from all angles, and all forms of life.
From one day to the next, you never know what you may face out there, and what you will need to survive from one moment to the next. It's an exciting, but very deadly position, and you need every ounce of energy you can muster at any time with explosive power to avoid, or face any situation head on. As an ex-soldier, I have had some training, but I need something to put me over the top! I know TACFIT will do it!

Whats my job you ask? I'm a school teacher in Japan, Teaching English to young kids.

“Why is TACFIT Commando the perfect solution to your fitness needs?”

Because I'm ready for something that works!

Something that challenges not only my body, but my mind.

I'm ready for a program that helps me produce a rock hard solid physique, that not only looks good, but is extremely functional. A program that combines an intense workout, with 'real world' adaptability.

A serious program that is detailed and thorough while being simple to implement. I'm ready for a solution that is not just another fitness fad, but a way of life... I'm ready for TacFit Commando!

I wish everyone good luck with the contest, and your fitness goals!

I'm going to keep this short. I'm 5ft2 and about 200lbs (ridiculous right?). I honestly am not a big fan of me. As far back as I can remember, my life has always been a mess. I'm very fat, have a weak immune system, 'depressed' *sarcastic* and a whole lot of other things I've refused to acknowledge. Frankly, I've already decided that I'm done with all that, and am re-inventing myself (you would think I was having a mid-life crisis but I'm only 21), starting with my weight/health and outlook on life.
I don't know what your thinking, by giving away free stuff, but I like free stuff. Give it to me. Dare me to change by making use of what you have to offer. Go ahead, dare me.
