When TACFIT Team Leader and Faculty Coach Brandon Jones served in the US Navy, he learned that there were three ways to do something: There’s the wrong way. There are many right ways. And then there’s the way we’re going to do it.
We’re not concerned with how other systems do things. There are no absolutes. The solution is always relative to the mission, the training equipment you have at your disposal, your point of origin, and your ultimate goal. At TACFIT, we’re concerned with the most effective and efficient way to achieve OUR goals.
With ROPE, our goal is to take a piece of equipment that costs less than a Starbuck’s Latte and use it to train anywhere, anytime.
Stay tuned. This week the entire TACFIT R.O.P.E. system will be released for the very first time!

Looks like… Have R.O.P.E. will travel.
Sure hope it explores all possiblilities and then those never thought of before.
That would be creme la creme !!
Coach, this is an inspiring. It’s a pleasure to watch your presentations. They all inspire me to train.
One of the most amazing set of exercises I’ve seen in a long time. The versatility of Coach Sonnon with the rope and the variety of movements coupled with strength gives credence to the video’s claim – effective and efficient. Thanks, Rosalie
didn t know there was so many ways t train with a rope,,txs for the vid will definitely try some of the stuff i ve seen
I agree with Larry

Awesome! When is ROPE available – we are excitedly waiting…..
Now we’re talking. This is some cool stuff, and I can’t wait. I’ve always been someone who loves the pulling motion in exercise and the use of equipment (e.g. tree limbs, fences, walls, ledges to climb, ropes, whatever) in unexpected ways. Fitness anywhere. Fun!
This looks very exciting. As a P/T I am always looking for interesting ways to train my clients and I see this program as something I would be interested in. Need to see the program, take myself through it first and then take it to my clients. Within my training business I never want my clients to be bored !!!!!!!!!!!
I’m checking portal for r.o.p.e system from the first video
Can you tell me the diameter of the rope you are using?
Thank you in advance.
Looks like an awesome program! You guys kick a@#!
That video was truly awesome!!! I will be trying this form of training. Like the person asked above when will R.O.P.E. be coming out?
Looks great Scott. Presumably those of us who already have suspension training equipment can use those?
Looks great, Scott!
Can’t wait for the release.
Looking forward toward another EXCELLENT Scott Sonnon series.
Sweeeeet!!!!!!!
Great idea!!!!! I’m going to incorporate some of it for some baseball p;itchers I”m working with. I would, though, like to know where to find 20 feet of 1 inch rope for less than a cup of Starbuck’s latte.
How do you dream up these functional exercises?…………creativity at it’s BEST!
So inspiring! – as usual!!
I have the rope… waiting for the book..
Cool! I need to work on my pull up strength. I am a 45 year old female who does parkour .
Are you guys are going to offer any package deals for those of us who have not yet gotten TFC and would like to buy it together with R.O.P.E. ?
Really looking forward to R.O.P.E. I made it through the 3 missions of tacfit commando, but because of all the pushing movements and the lack of pulling movements I had an old shoulder injury that became inflamed again, i find that pulling movements are the most affective at keeping my shoulders injury free and ROPE will make tacfit a complete full body workout program.
Awesome stuff! Thanks for all the work you put in to help us reach our goals and stay injury free.
Hey ya Scott!
R.O.P.E. is sooooo simple and yet so effective…. man it blasts your body in ways no other techniques come close to and you are again right about the cost, I mean sure you can go get the $175 suspension gadget or a $10 piece of rope. I actually went down to the Army/Navy store and got the adjustable straps for like $20 just so that we could adjust the angles faster in a class setting. The only limits to using this is your imagination and stamina.
Looking forward to your release of R.O.P.E.

Hi, may I ask, where did you get the rope, what kind, length, and diameter. How did you work the adjustable straps. Any help is appreciated.
Only one thing to say Scott…… R.O.P.E. – Raise One’s Potential Exponentially This brings back memories
can’t wait for this release!

Very cool Scott. I am constantly amazed at your creativity!
This looks great!!!!!
I can´t wait to incorporate it with Tacfit Commando ant Tacfit Mass assault. These three programs are all you need to get in the greatest of shapes.
I dunno Per, Scott mentions something about kettlebells in a tacfit style on the instructor vid…. I must admit that piqued my curiousity!
Another brilliance. Thanks for keeping the content standard so high and always adding value. Looking forward to this exciting addition.
Who composes your dynamic music?!
I’m looking forward to this, i completed all three missions in Tacfit commando and I’m fired up and ready for this!
Team, I’m off the mainland, but as soon as I get to our island, I’ll conference with the rest of the cadre and get all of your questions addressed.
Be safe out there.

Looks like, what? 12-13ft. of 3/4inch rope? (Sometimes it’s good to live 2 miles from a big marine supply store.)
Look forward to it Scott.
Definitely the most creative, effective and efficent ways to continually challenge your muscles in new ways and from new angles. Awesome!
Can’t wait for the program to test it out. Looks great.
PS – Love the use of Immediate Music in your video; it adds a nice feel. Was it from DragonstarDT’s Epic Music Mix III on YouTube?
I feel like doing ROPE now! Will get this program once it is available.
….mastery in not an end process….great quote to meditate on.
I had seen the beach rope video before, but in this one I saw a couple o new exercises I dying to try out today.
Thanks once again Coach.
Excellent stuff! Got me charged-up, watching the trailer.
Adios/ Bye bye to boring gym machine routinessss!! I loved the video!
scott ,
i wanna purchase your rope trainer where i found it
That’s a very engaging video. I can’t tell if the delivery is tongue in cheek or not but the exercises look great and with just a piece of rope! It’s even less elaborate than my current nylon lifting strap and pick handle for static contraction training.
Regards,
Andrew.
Sweet..I’m going to incorporate that into my TACFIT program… Used karate belts always good.
How do I login again?
thanx
